Salted fish with Creole sauce

  • Make a creole sauce with some garlic, thyme, whole peeled tomatoes and onions.
  • Open a P’tit Salé fried snoek packet and add to the sauce.
  • Serve with white rice and black lentils.

Based Cod Gratin

  • Prepare some mashed potatoes.
  • Put a knob of butter in a pan, brown some onions and thyme.
  • Add the mashed potatoes and a packet of P’tit Salé fried cod.
  • Sprinkle some hard cheese like Emmental and brown in the oven.

Bomli Vindaye

  • In a pan, brown garlic, onions.
  • Slice some red and green chilli and add to the pan.
  • Open the P’tit Salé fried bomli, slip it into the pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, saffron and some vinegar.

  • Open a P’tit Salé boiled snoek into a bowl.
  • Brown some finely chopped onions and chilli.
  • Mix all the ingredients and dispose them on top of bresd strips or vol-au-vent
  • Decorate with some parsley.
